PMLE had about the simplest start you can imagine. A couple discussing their career goals and dreams over a morning cup of coffee after getting their 3 small children out the door to school and daycare.
With each having over 15 years experience in their respective fields the couple set out to establish PMLE as proud Women Owned Business that could offer world class support and cutting edge solutions.
Lisa has over 15 years of experience helping customers transform their business through the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle CRM, SalesForce, FatStax, LotusNotes and JDE solutions. Strategic, resourceful relationship builder and compelling communicator who creates meaningful partnerships with colleagues, customers vendors and stakeholders. She has successfully completed CRM implementation programs for several clients some with over 700 users, while offering continued support and training.
She began her career with a in a dual role selling and training on specialized quoting software to one of the toughest industries around, insurance. As luck would have it an opportunity to work for one of the largest automobile manufactures in the world, General Motors, presented itself and Lisa was up for the challenge. She quickly rose being known as someone who spoke her mind and was always willing to support others. Happy side note, it was at General Motors where Lisa would meet her future husband, ask them each about their early encounters if you get the chance, spoiler alert there seem to be some artistic differences in the two stories. From here Lisa began a long tenure working for The Linde Group (Formerly Praxair Distribution, Inc.) where her passions for technology, learning and development were combined into the world of CRM implementation. Lisa makes transforming user stories into database segments look as simple as ordering something off of Amazon.
Off the field, Lisa has been married to her best friend, Sam for just under 10 years. Together they're raising 3 amazing children in the suburbs of Chicago where they both grew up. Community development and giving back are found at the family's core, who enjoy spending time outside and traveling.
With over 15 years in the transportation industry including passenger rail, consumer automobiles, and over-the-road trucking in the United States, Sam is currently supporting a rail asset owner in the passenger market with a fleet of 121 vehicles valued over $500 million.
He began his career as technician for Ford, quickly transitioning to corporate roles with Ford Motor Company, General Motors and Navistar, a leading US manufacture of heavy-duty trucks and engines. Subsequently working as a service engineer for Amtrak, a national network of passenger rail in the US. It was at Amtrak where Sam's passion and love of the railroad combined with his technical acumen for what would become a growing career. Drawing on his experience Sam quickly identified project and program management as a logic fit. He currently holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI). He has industry specific knowledge relating to the maintenance and operation of US heavy rail equipment and has worked on multi-entity procurements, including spec development, vendor selection, design review, vendor oversight, delivery, commissioning and warranty administration.
In addition to spending time with the family, and trying to stay on his wife (and bosses) good graces, Sam also owns a Real Estate Brokerage which he operates along with Lisa as a means to support their travel and fund their retirement.
