Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program
PMLE is certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise through the DBE Unified Certification Program (UCP). The program has been reauthorized by Congress several times since its inception; most recently in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIAJ), also known as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), The program is designed to level the playing field and allow better access for DBEs to complete fairly for contracts where Federal funds are utilized.
